Changed your mind?
Food can't be returned once delivered. Cancel before we start cooking for a full refund.
Something wrong with your order?
Message us within 48 hours with your order code and a photo. Wrong or damaged items are replaced or fully refunded, delivery included.
How refunds are paid
- Mobile money: back to the same number, usually within 2 working days.
- Card: back to the card within 5 to 10 working days.
- We never ask for your PIN or card details in chat.
